[...] Il risultato è un concerto solista che trova nella libertà espressiva massima la sua prima cifra qualitativa. Il risultato è un concerto dai mille volti e dal fascino raro e dove il passaggio da una tastiera all’altra sembra naturale in maniera ecumenica. Non è raro trovarsi davanti ad un eccellente pianista capace di suonare bene sia il pianoforte acustico che quello elettrico oppure l’organo a canne. È invece sicuramente più difficile imbattersi in un’artista capace di “adattare” il proprio tocco alle diverse tipologie di tastiera. Le tre utilizzate da Sade in questa occasione sono lo strumento acustico, quello elettrico e il synth.
Grazie alla libertà propria della musica jazz Sade supera gli ostacoli e si impone come figura femminile importante della “buona musica” poiché come insegnava Ellington “non importa che sia jazz o altro…. importante è che sia buona musica”.

It is not uncommon to come across an excellent pianist capable of playing both acoustic and electric piano or pipe organ well. On the other hand, it is certainly more difficult to come across an artist capable of "adapting" his or her touch to the different types of keyboards. The three used by Sade on this occasion are the acoustic instrument, the electric instrument, and the synth.
Thanks to the freedom inherent in jazz music, Sade overcomes obstacles and establishes herself as an important female figure of "good music" because as Ellington taught, "it doesn't matter whether it's jazz or something else.... important is that it's good music."
